Who we are

GropResults ("we", "us") is based in Wellington, New Zealand. This policy explains what data we handle on this website and in GropResults Publisher, our internal tool that publishes our own videos to our own YouTube, Instagram and Facebook accounts.

GropResults Publisher and YouTube API Services

GropResults Publisher uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and set their titles, descriptions and thumbnails on our own YouTube channel. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

• The only Google account it connects to is our own. It does not collect data from other YouTube users or viewers.
• It stores one OAuth token on our own computer so it can upload on schedule. The token is never shared, sold or sent to anyone else.
• It sends our video files and their text to YouTube. It does not read, store or analyse anyone else's data.
• You can revoke its access at any time in your Google account under Third-party apps and services. We delete the stored token when access is revoked or the tool is no longer used.

Instagram and Facebook

The same tool posts our own videos to our own Instagram and Facebook accounts through Meta's official APIs. It uses an access token for our own Page only and does not access other people's data.

When you fill in the form on this site, we receive the details you enter so we can reply to you. We don't sell this information and only use it to contact you about our services.
