Service Agreement

This agreement is made between you (the client) and GropResults(hereinafter "we", "us" or "our"). By agreeing to this document, you agree to the following terms.

Our Services

We provide local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization services for local businesses. The specific scope, target outcomes, and timeline for your engagement are set out in your individual service agreement or proposal, not in this general document.

Scope of Services

Depending on the package you sign up for, our services may include:

• Google Business Profile audit and optimization
• Website SEO improvements
• Review generation support
• Content and posting strategy
• Competitive analysis and local market positioning
• Progress reports and updates
• Ongoing support and adjustments for the agreed engagement period

What We Need From You

To deliver these services, we need admin access to your Google Business Profile and website. We will notify you before making any major changes. After your engagement begins, we'll send instructions on how to securely grant the access we need.

Guarantee

If we have not ranked your Google Business Profile in the top 3 results for your target keywords within 90 days of the start of active work, we will pause your billing until that result is achieved. This guarantee applies as long as you have given us the access and cooperation described above.

Exclusivity

While you're an active client, we won't take on or work with another business that directly competes with you in the same service category and local area.

Payment & Next Steps

After you agree to a service package, you'll receive an invoice payable by card via Stripe. Once payment is received, we'll send an onboarding email with next steps.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
